Action
Tests whether the Underline style is being used in a rich edit control.
Availability
This method is available only in Windows, providing support for the
RichEdit control, and is supported only in scripts that use the Classic Agent.

Notes
IsUnderline returns TRUE if the Underline style is being used in a rich edit control.

iLine and
iCol arguments are not specified, then
IsUnderline returns TRUE if newly inserted characters will be underlined.

iCol are supplied, then
IsUnderline returns TRUE if the specified character is underlined.
