This functionality is supported only if you are using the Classic Agent.
Problem
While trying to record or run a test case you get the following message:
Error: Unable to start Internet Explorer #
This error occurs because the extensions enabled in the
Extensions Enabler and
do not match the default browser.
Solution
Review the settings for your default browser and make them consistent with the settings for the host machine in
and for the target machine in the
Extension Enabler.
