Action
Scrolls an item in the listview into view.
Availability
This functionality is supported only if you are using the Classic Agent.
Syntax
listview.ExposeItem (item)
Variable
|
Description
|
item
|
The item to expose.
STRING or
INTEGER.
|
Notes
- ExposeItem is primarily useful for drag and drop operations, as in the example below. In this example, if item "listview item to drop treeview item on" were not scrolled into view at the time of the
PressItem call,
Silk Test Classic would be unable to scroll it into view for the
ReleaseItem without dropping the
/root/child/grandchild giveaway item somewhere else.
- The
ExposeItem method is not available in the
ListViewEx class, which is the equivalent of the
ListView class on the Open Agent. To achieve the same functionality on the Open Agent, use the
SetItemFocus method of the
ListViewEx class.
Example
MyDialog.MyListView.ExposeItem
("listview item to drop treeview item on")
MyDialog.MyTreeView.PressItem ("/root/child/grandchild")
MyDialog.MyTreeView.ReleaseItem
("listview item to drop treeview item on")
